Public facilities
Library :
A huge collection of Books, Journals, CDs and Films on Science & Technology enriches the BITM library. Reading Facility is available by paying an annual fee of Rs. 200/-. Xerox facility also available at nominal cost. For details contact 2287 7241, 42, 43 or 2289 2815.
Air-conditioned Auditorium :
A 210 seater well maintained auditorium with audio-visual facilities is the venue of important programmes for students and general public. It is also given to outside organizations for scientific discourses, either for whole day (10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.) or half day (10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. or 2.00 p.m. to 5.30. p.m.). A license fee is charged accordingly.
Air-conditioned Conference Room :
A conference room, with seating arrangement for 45 heads, P.A. system and audio-visual facilities, is also given to outside organizations, for scientific discourses and meetings, against a license fee.
Exhibition Hall for holding Exhibition :
2500 sq.ft. air-conditioned hall regularly host exhibitions on science & technology organized by BITM. Subject to availability, it is also given to other institutions, for holding exhibitions on scientific topics, against license fee.
Car Parking area and Cafeteria
Visitors can enjoy these facilities while visiting BITM.
